Our client, DE Clothing and Foundation, has trusted us to develop their dream. They are a new designer clothing company based in the United States and Colombia. De uses part of their profits to sustain a foundation. That looks to help the woman achieve their objectives in life.
In December of 2021, DE contacted us looking to develop a website. When there was an agreement, the KTI started our hard work to finish the job. We decided to host the server, domain, and emails using Bluehost. The reason for using Bluehost was its User friendliness for inexperienced people, its affordability, and the ability to manage multiple elements in one place. We then used WordPress to develop our website. In WordPress, we used Oxygen Builder to build the theme from scratch to make their website unique. We used Woocomerce to run the E-Commerce shop and payment procedures. For security, we used Jetpack and Wordfence. Lastly, we used Sortpixel to improve the loading time on images.
On January 23, 2023, we launched the website. Since then, we have been maintaining the website. Using Google Analytics, we look at statistics to analyze possible improvements on the business and website. Our next maintenance step is to perfect SEO. We will do this by using our knowledge and a plugin called Yoast. We are looking to get this website to be the number one search option.
In May of 2021, we got hired by Green point seeds and Fortuna hemp, two big American seed sellers, to maintain and help the current team working at the moment. After a short time, we took control of the website. While we worked with the client, there were some security problems with the website. So we did our best to address them. We communicated and explained some features to their team. As a result, a better understanding of what was happening. This company was already a smoothly running cog. We just came in to make sure their team's transitions were smooth while a new team got hired. We were glad to see our clients be happy and continue growing.
In September of 2020, we joined forces with our client at Westside Capital Group in Florida. They were looking for IT maintenance in 5 of their living properties. We drove around Florida to Tampa, Orlando, Winter Haven, Jacksonville, and Port Saint Lucie. At these properties, we provided care for their office equipment. We made sure that the computers were clean and secure. Installed software necessary to the client. We made sure that the workers knew how to use the software. We answered any questions about their technology 24/7. Impart good habits to extend the life of their technology. Install hardware needed like computers, Clock-In technology, and Printers. We also advised the clients on the best options for equipment by doing studies of what they needed and making sure to get the most affordable but best quality equipment for the team.
